Grace Period and Return Request:

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. This can be done via email or through our contact form on our website.

Communication about Returns:

Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email with further instructions on the return process.
Depending on the reason for return (such as a defect or wrong product), we will work with you to find the best solution, such as product replacement or refund.

Return Conditions:

The products must be returned in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Any direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
